Totally Kosher are specialists in the field of plated meals, we prepare meals for all the major catering companies and conference venues.

A Trio of mini Bowls
A trio of miniature bowls with 3 different fillings meats, fish or vegetables served with starches. The contents will vary according to what is available. These are ideal for cocktail functions where something more than cocktail food is required. They can also be used to replace a traditional main course if required.

Our daily set menus work on a 9-day cycle this is to avoid menu fatigue, to check the meal of the day please contact us so that we can advise.  If the plated meal of the day does not meet your requirements there are 3 alternative options at the end of the menus to choose from (Alternative A, B or C).

Char grilled half chicken flavoured with Portuguese herbs and served with potato wedges and seasonal vegetables

Mediterranean minted cous cous tabbouleh salad served with a bouquetiere and olives

Tender lamb neck curry with pilaff basmati rice, vegetables and roti

Butternut and sweet potato rösti topped with smoked salmon roses and drizzled with a wasabi mayonnaise

Slow roast braised beef with sweet potato croquettes and vegetables

Caramelised chicken and pineapple salad with a sweet and sour sauce and baby salad

Grilled hake topped with a caper crust, complemented by basil mash, a vegetable melange and an almond and raisin tomato sauce

A choux pastry gateaux filled with aniseed poached pear, chocolate mousse and smothered with a rich chocolate sauce

We can do menu matches providing they are permitted by Kosher Dietary law. These menus will cost more than normal, depending on the detail involved and quantities ordered.

Please inform the client that all the sauces are served separately in plastic ramekins.
